Associate Attorney

Eugene Mok is an attorney at Benach Collopy LLP. He joined Benach Collopy in June 2023 after working as an immigration attorney in Fort Lee, New Jersey, since 2021. Eugene has experience in a variety of non-immigrant visas, such as Es, Ls, Hs, and especially Os, for individuals of extraordinary ability in the arts, sciences, athletics, and business. He also is experienced in employment-based immigration visas, such as the self-petitioning EB-1As and EB-2 NIWs.

Eugene is a 2019 graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law and admitted to practice in the state of New York. During law school, Eugene externed at the International Trade Administration of the Dept. of Commerce, worked as a student attorney for the Securities Arbitration and Consumer Law Clinic and Bankruptcy Clinic, and was a legal intern for the Onondaga County Law Dept. He was also an Associate Editor for the Journal of International Law and Commerce. Prior to his second career as an attorney, Eugene was an international steel trader working for the now-POSCO International Corp. based in Korea. Eugene earned his bachelor’s in economics from Korea University located in Seoul, Korea.

Eugene is Korean-American and bilingual in Korean and English. He enjoys playing sports and being active in his free time.
