Erica Reilly is a Partner at Benach Collopy LLP. Prior to joining Benach Collopy, Erica served as an immigration attorney in New Orleans LA, Charlotte NC, and Tampa FL. She has represented clients in Immigration Court seeking relief such as Asylum, Adjustment of Status and Cancellation of Removal. Erica also has extensive experience representing clients before the US Citizenship and Immigration Services, seeking adjustment of status, citizenship, waivers, and humanitarian visas such as T visas, U visas, and relief under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).
Erica graduated from Tulane Law School and received a Master’s Degree from the Tulane School of Social Work. During graduate school, Erica interned at the Orleans Public Defenders Office for their Defender Services Program and for the State of Louisiana’s Mental Health Advocacy Service. She also worked as a student attorney in Tulane Law School’s Juvenile Litigation Clinic. Erica has been practicing immigration law exclusively since 2013.
Erica is admitted to practice in Louisiana. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association (AILA). Erica lives in Maryland with her husband and two children.
